Parish Religous Education

CCD BEGINS SEPTEMBER 10TH!  REGISTER YOUR CHILD NOW!  [Forms below right]

Our Parish Religious Education Program , CCD, is primarily for any child entering Pre-K through 12th grade who is not in a Catholic School; however, all are welcome to attend. Classes are held at the St. Raphael Parish Center from 9- 10:10a.m. each Sunday beginning on the Sunday after Labor Day. We have classes ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade with approximately 15  students in each class. Our high school program is a supportive environment for teens. Classes meet throughout the school year concluding on the last Sunday of April.  It is our hope that students are able to attend every class session, but we are able to work with families who have custody or other situations that won’t allow the child to be there each weekend. Please let us know of any situation that you have regarding regular absences.

Our current grade school and junior high curriculum is "Pflaum Gospel Weeklies" which is on the Archdiocesan recommended list. This curriculum is based on the weekly Gospels and is flexible enough for home school use. One of the benefits is the home parish connection. The high school curriculum is the Horizons program which is also on the Archdiocesan preferred list. Each grade level has 2 ten week core courses.

Yearly registrations are available online and are emailed during the month of August to those families that were registered in the program last year. If possible please have all registration forms back to the parish before the 2nd week of September. This will allow us to better plan for the year. Fees for the year remain the same: one child- $40.00, 2 children- $60.00, 3 or more children-$75.00. If you are unable to pay fees, please contact Father Bill, Deacon Norm or Lisa Lenard at 323-7523 or Lisa at This email address is being protected from spambots.
