Children’s Catechumenate Form

Children’s Catechumenate consists of four classes on Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist, and Jesus.  These classes are held four consecutive Sundays in either October or January, with a make-up session in March.  Children ages 7-17 must attend all four classes.  Children ages 2-6 need only attend the class on baptism with a parent or guardian.  All children must be enrolled prior to attending classes.

Children ages 7 and older, who wish to be baptized, receive all the sacraments of initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist) at the same Mass.

Children ages 4 and older should also be attending CCD classes, if they are not enrolled at Catholic Central.  CCD classes meet in the St. Raphael Parish Center on Sundays at 9:00-10:10 a.m.
